Read the folder before scheduling a layoff interview or "exit session" with the worker to be sacked. You can handle most employee performance problems by giving a verbal notification. Start a formal papers method and give consistent feedback to the employee.

This notification can guide you through the method of making the proper notices about the closure or mass layoff. o You don't have an improper discrimination against the jobholder.
